Step 1: Put 2 cups of rice in separate zipper bags

Step 2: add either 2 teaspoons of vinegar or 4 tablespoons of rubbing alcohol to each bag. Vinegar will dry much quicker

Add liquid food coloring and squish bag together to saturate rice

Let rice dry completely
