I earned both an Associate’s Degree and a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Development. I am continuing my education and I take monthly courses and participate in seminars and workshops. This allows me to bring the best practices and latest research in Early Childhood Education to your child.
My objective is to provide your child with a safe and fun educational environment. I am a strong believer that every child learns best through play. You will see very few flash cards and worksheets here. We have hands-on, sensory-rich learning experiences that keep the children's attention.
One of my goals of La Casa Grande Academy is to provide a completely bilingual (English-Spanish) educational program to your child. Research states that people who speak two languages can pay focused attention and improve in the ability to switch from one task to another.
